Default Cams and emissions. Need advice.

How many of you have to deal with the tail pipe test and what cams have you gotten to pass? How much power can you truly make N/A and still pass emissions testing? Thanks.
PS. My cam is the gm846 but I'd like to know if I can go bigger.

I have the LT4 Hot cam and although it is not required to pass the tailpipe test being a 96' model, I recently had it done because my O2's read "not ready". It passed the tail pipe test wonderfully.

Thanks for your reply. I guess there aren't many folks here who have to deal with emissions.

95 and back usually doesn't get tested, cause of the OBD1 computer.

I think you may have it a little backwards...at least around here, '95 and below requires tailpipe testing.
