Multi cylinder missfire! Please help?

Multi cylinder missfire! Please help? I have a 2002 TA Ram air. I put a stainless works Y-pipe on from the stock manifolds back followed by a brola cat back system with a QTP cutout. I eliminated the cats and used o2 simulators for the rear sensors. Since the moment I did this I'm throwing a 300 code. Multi-cylinder miss fire. I have new NGK plugs with 8.5mm MSD wires. I'm running out of ideas. Please help!

Did you unplug the coil packs? if so check the connection to them, when I done a header insall I took them off to get better access to the header bolts. I see you have stock headers, so perhaps you didn't touch the coil packes, just a suggestion.
