Supercharger! Ok, i just got my new vortech v1 s trim unit for my lt4 and in the mean time i'd like to know what i can use to clean the supercharger unit? I purchased it used and I would like to clean it before I throw it on, any suggestions? Also does the LT4 hotcam 112LSA .525/.525 make a good blower cam? thanks

Lay it down so the air intake is pointing up. Then spray a small amount of carb cleaner in there and spin it by hand. Repeat until clean. Don't put gobs of it in there - you don't want to soak the bearing behind the impeller.
The hot cam would make an OK blower cam but not a great one. If it's already in, use it for a while until you are used to the tune and car, then think about switching.
