Wow, that Smart is NOT faster than an F430, but the F430 driver. Christ, a 13.4? 
Even a 12.4 is the "worse average" for an F430. Yes, that Smart is substantially quicker than its stock form, but that was the saddest excuse of a driver I've ever seen in the F430.

Yeah that looked a little setup. Look at the launch on the ferrari it was sad, and ferrari sound way better then that when you really get on it. Iam not saying that little smart car is slow that little thing went.
