Default Anyone use a Brakebest or Bendix slave cylinder?

I some how managed to break the connector from master to slave when I was dropping my tranny and need to replace my slave. (Less than 3 months old ) The slave cylinders listed in title can be had for the same price and one is from Oreillys and the other is from Standard Auto. I wanted to see if anyone has tried these on their cars?

if i'm not mistaken, brakebest IS Bendix, and I've not had a problem with any brakebest parts

I've successfuly installed a BB slave on an 00 trans am, but the car is not mine

Bendix, Raybestos, brakebest, and others are all "repackagers" of the concentric slave cylinders in our F-bodys. The "manufacturer" of the slave is AP (Automotive Products) which is a Brittish company. They are the only company that makes this part. They make this for GM as the OE part and also sell it to the aftermarket with different casting numbers on it.

One last note... All aftermarket parts should be the 01-02 slave with the improved design as AP superceded the old version with the new design when it was developed.
