Default Lt4km?

What is the the reason for some people running the LT4KM? I see people run them without an LT4 Setup. Whats the story?

with proper tuning from say PCMforless.com, madz28, or Ed Wright, it's really not nessary. In my mind it's kinda like the air foil. It's cheap, and in the past lots of people were putting them in. Being the LT4 had roller rockers from the factory, naturally the valvetrain was noisier(sp). The LT4KM is supposed to be less sensitive compared to an LT1 KM and so would be less likely to pickup false knock.

from doing simple searches some people highly recommend it on cars with exhaust work and roller rockers. Like I said not really needed if the tuners know what they're doing.
