I have no cam surge and my car idles between 800 and 900 rpms. Ed Wright in Tulsa OK. did my tune. I am very happy with the work he did. The car makes 380rwhp with this cam and other mods. Some people on this site find it unbelievable that the car makes this power on an auto, but just ask Ed about Seamus's car with the Hot cam
if you do decide to call him aabout a tune. I have a good friend here in Dallas that makes right at 390 with the Hot cam on a 6 speed car.

I have ported heads/intake(GTP in Houston), Hot cam, AS&M midlength headers, Randon Tech 2 cat y-pipe, Bolra. I have a few bolt ons, but still have a few to do.
I have a great tune and a well balanced motor, which makes a big difference.
I have had 2 96 WS6s. One had 254 and one had 272 hp from the factory. Both were autos. It really helps to start with a well balanced motor!

yea ed definitely, but when you call, make sure you talk to ed, theres a guy that works there named john i think and hes a dick, he thinks he knows everything. just ask for ed. hes a cool guy, tell him some fords are talkin crap and he might cut you a deal, he did for me. my friend put 342 to the ground with home ported heads, intake and the hotcam. thats it really of course with ed's tune
