Default Center Caps Interchangeable? (snowflakes to 10-spokes)
Are the center caps off the 16" Snowflake wheels (200?-2002 Z28 wheels) interchangeable with the 17" SS 10-spoke wheels?

I would have to imagine yes... I have some 16 in five spokes from a 99 and they were interchangable with 17 in 10 spokes

Absolutely YES. They fit Z06 wheels too.
