Default PS Leak Question

Hey, my steering rack had a leak on the drivers side around the rubber boot. I pulled it apart didn't notice anything that looked broken/wrong so I re assembled and used hose clamps to seal it up. Now the other side is leaking in the same manner. Was considering doing the clamps on the passenger side also, but I don't think that is going to cure the underlying problem. Does anyone know if there is a seal kit or is the rack AFD? Tired of it leaking on the floor. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

All the boots are is dust boots, if the seals behind the boots are leaking you will need a new rack. End of story. All you are doing is trapping the oil in the rubber boots it is not solving anything as oil should not be in there. The leak will only get worse and create bigger problems (run the pump dry$$$$$$)
