Default clutch is acting funny, whats goin on??

I have a '00 WS6 and whenever i go through the gears hard or do a burnouts.. pretty much whenever i beat on it, the clutch sort of stays on the floor. It only has a few inches of play. so i stick my foot under the pedal, pull it back up and pump it and its fine. Ive never messed with anything that has to do with the tranny, except for checking the fluid. Any idea what i need to fix? Thanks.

Default

ive been reading up on this phenomenon "crash pedal"... its cause the '00 and under fbodys had sh1tty hydraulic components... ive heard where ppl. have changed out there clutch to aftermarket, and the problem goes away, or you can change out the slave cylinder from a '01+ fbody cause thats when they fixed this problem.
