How do I post a pic I want to post a pic and I click on the insert image but dont know how to enter what I am suposed to enter. Some help please

Ok I figured it out but it just shows a red x on the page. Maybe because its a car domain image but I dont know I try the link on a adress bar and it works. Is there any way I can just take them off my hard drive
