Default Cant read the ECM - need help

I know this isnt LS1 related but I have a low idle miss in the 97 T/A and went to autozone to get it scanned for a code..I figure it is 02 sensors but wanted to make sure....well the OBD II scanner wont even come on.

Well tried another scanner and same thing...this is an original car and hasnt been messed with..I got up under the dash and everything looks ok.....put my voltmeter on it and it should have at least 8 ohms but there is no juice to the harness.

I am totally stumped! Anyone have suggestions?

Car starts up fine and runs good until it gets warm and the low idle stumble comes back... I dunno....just want to make sure before I spend $50 a piece on O2 sensors.

Thanks! Mike

Check the cig. fuse, the OBD-II port uses the same source for power. If the fuse is blown, you will not be able to access the ECM via the OBD-II port.

Yep, check the "CIG/ACCY" fuse.
