Default Time for a new clutch?

Through 1st and 2nd gear WOT no problems. When going from 2-3 A little grind and then nothing. No ACCELERATION at all. This is the first time i went from 2-3 and it not engage. Other hints were a few weeks ago when shifting to 2nd the clutch just stayed pinned to the floor... And i smell the burning the clutch smell . Mind i do have the stock shifter and the Original GM clutch (92xxx miles old). Is the clutch not engaging after WOT(above 5500rpms?)?

Or is the the hydrualics something else (please dont tell me a Tranny rebuild)

Daily driving for me is fine and shifts perfectly with an occasionaly grind every few weeks or so(was thinking when i was getting lazy shifting)

Thanks for any suggestions/help!
