Yes.

12561184 = LS6 manifold.
12560688 = LS1 manifold.

I'm not 100% certain on the number for the LS1 intake. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

If I remember right, that's what some people were doing a while back thinking they were buying an LS6 when, in fact, they were getting an LS1 manifold from a C5. They don't have the EGR provision. The only way I know how to tell them apart is the flat bottom underneath. The others are concave from the bottom.
