cleaning out a trans cooler whats the best way to go about doing this?
after the transmission has snowed metal all through the system i need to get this cooler cleaned out before the new transmission gets installed.

there is a can of stuff made that you can hook to your cooler lines and it flushes the lines and cooler out. I dont remember the name but NAPA should carry it.
