I also have the MTI pulley no issues what so ever.
As Tony stated ASP Manufactures the pulleys for MTI. I think it is Money well spent.

Re: MTI vs ASP pulley pros/cons
i have a simple question here
is the pulley another "must have" bolt-on ?
i remember reading an article in GMHTP a good while back (might have been another chevy or GM magazine though) saying that it wasn't significant enough to buy, but i think they put one on an LT1
im guessing its just depending on application right?
ok thats enough of my dumb questions
thanks

Re: MTI vs ASP pulley pros/cons
I havnt put one on yet (mostly becase i cant get one) they are way backordered the only one i can find is the Jegs one that is only 10% underdrive i dont think that is worth it. But i did put an underdrive and a cold air kit on my old LT1 and it really woke it up i always felt like the smaller mass of the pulley frees up low end torque and the cold air kit let it breath better on the top end
