Default Wobbling stock crank pulley

Okay, I searched and found a couple people with similar problems, but never got a conclusion to what happened to fix it.

Yesterday my serpentine belt popped or broke off, when I pulled over, the belt was gone, nowhere to be found. Ever since I installed the new one I've noticed a miss, or hesitation at about 4800 rpms under WOT, and an odd squeaky noise (sounds like a belt, but not as bad as you would usually think)

I checked the crank pulley and the tensioner pulley today. The tensioner has some play in it, but nothing extreme, but the crank pulley looks like it's visibly wobbling, both at idle as well as ~2500 RPMs.

I know this could cause problems with the harmonic dampener and the crank so does anyone has any ideas on what to do to fix it? <img border="0" alt="[bang head]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_banghead.gif" />
