Torquer cam RWHP Questions

Torquer cam RWHP Questions a few questions. I'm new here, so I thought I would ask you guys since this is the place for cams and such.
I have a 2000 C5 with SLP LT, High flow cats, Z06 TI exhaust, Vararam, vig 3200 stall, NX 125 wet kit, 3.42 gears. Level V tranny as well with cooler.
If I put in a pair of TSP PRC heads, and a torquer cam with all of the other while you're in there parts (RE: pump and chain) what could I see after a good tune on the dyno?.
Also as a driver on mostly the street will this cam be OK with the stall I have or will it take a while for the power to come on?.
Any help would be great.
