Need imput on my goal..
Well i have finally came up with a goal for this car. Not looking to go crazy or anything.. but.
Looking to get between 380-400rwhp.
Its my DD for now so I dont want to go too far.
Any ideas on what to do? Should I cam it?
Mods so far:
Hooker LT's
Hooker Y
SLP loudmouth
SLP Lid
K&N Intake

^^ what he said... it would be hard to achieve that with boltons... i think the average power range with full bolt ons is around 330-340.
is your car a M6 or A4? since you DD your car, a 224/224 cam would be perfect, many say its the perfect DD cam, and it will get you great power gains when tuned right, and still maintain great gas milage, and a 112 LSA should get you a nice lope at idle
talk to some shops like texas speed, thunder racing, futral, or comp cams and they will tell you anything you need to know about a perfect cam for your application.

This largely depends on your transmission. It will take a G5X3, Magic Stick, etc. or similar cam, plus bolt ons to get that power. Since its your DD a 224 would be a great cam, but would only get you 360-370 to the wheels, even worse on an auto (mine did 348/342 with the LS1 intake and stock converter) So, you have 3 choices, 1. Sacrafice power for driveablity 2. Sacrifice driveability for power, 3. Get heads. I chose option 3. I got a pair of Stage II LS1 241 heads, with 2.02/1.6 intake/exhaust valves, valve job etc. and kept my TR 224. I'm at 392/373 RWHP/RWTQ through a stalled automatic with the cut out closed. The street manners are perfect, but when I get on it, its totally different. I love my combo and this IS my daily, I drive 20 miles there and back to work, 1/2 city 1/2 highway and average about 20MPG - couldnt be happier!

Go with a stall and if you can deal without perfect drivability, a large cam. It may not put down great numbers, but it'll be a killer on the street. You could get a CheaTR cam, have a stock like idle, and make great power up top, and a nice stall to get you there fast.
