Default EGR help?

I'm running an LS1 conversion in a 70 Camaro. I've yet to mod my computer yet, but I'm mocking the engine up and sorting out the wiring.

When you turn the EGR off in the computer, what corresponding hardware can I get rid of?

I've already removed the exhuast manifolds and EGR tubes. There are several components that are wired and appear to be EGR related. Just wondering how much of it I can remove. Also, does anyone know any easy way to cap the EGR inlet on the front of the intake manifold?

Thanks,

Chris
