Default Are these heads ok to put on

I purchased these heads used assembled with prc dual springs. One of the heads has some score marks on the exhaust side, some being a little deep and missing some metal. And some other parts where the valve cover go are minorly scored. Check the pics and tell me what you think.

They should be fine. The scores around the exhaust ports don't look like they will hurt anything, and the valve cover gasket should make up for any scratches on that lip. I would use them.

Default They look fine except....

For the second to last picture, what is that on the spring?
I would get them cleaned up a little, just mill .005" off to make sure they are straight.
