I've got about an hour and a half of video from my trip to Europe that I'd like to put on a DVD. However, when I transferred the video to my computer, it came out to be 34Gigs. That's absolutely insane. It's not like it's a HD video recorder either, it's just a basic digital camcorder. If entire movies can fit on a DVD in perfect quality, there should be a way to get this crappy video onto one DVD as well. I just don't know what I'm doing/did wrong. If some of you movie makers could help me out and let me know how to go about doing this I'd appreciate it.
