Default valve train noise reduction...

im currently using mobil 1 10w30. has anyone had any success in reducing engine valve train noise by using any other form of oil??? Royal Purple...Redline....Amsoil....German???
any first hand experiance would be appreciated. thank you

Yo,
I have PRCs with the Fast manifold and its just plain noisy. The manifold makes more noise. I run Royal Purple but dont think its abnormal.
You going to Atco on Sat also?

sorry dude, changing oil will not quiet the valvetrain. you need to swap parts like different brand springs, and/or lifters, or both.

Its either the usual h/c noise, or you have an issue with your valvetrain.

I wish i could..but i work on saturdays...sunday only for me.

yeah...valve train is bran new. lunati lifters...dual springs...TR pushrods. i know its gonna be noisey...just reachin for some possibilities...
