just went to the track for the first time this year and i have installed a line lock. i am useing the line lock to preload the car but but when it is time to launch i flip the switch and punch it i bog down. i was wondering if there is a certain rpm i need to be at, or if there is something else is should be doing. any help would be greatly appericeated.

Don't use the line lock to help launch. If it bogs, raise your rpms a little. Rpms depends on tires and track prep. -Mark

i had just thougt i would try someting new. i know guys with autos keep one foot on the brake to preload the car i just thought i would try the same idea.
