It depends on the cam lift and ramp rates, cold starts, highway driving or drag racing.
If youre fairly easy on teh car without beating the ***** off it at every stoplight, you could probably go 15K miles on the magic stick before checking it. The f-13 can probably go 20K to 25K before checking. After that check every 5K miles and replace when spring pressure starts to let up.
I do a lot of highway miles, and after 25K miles with a f-13, the duals were still at the spring pressures they came with.

28,000 miles on TSP duals on a 233\233 .595\.595 112 LSA cam..car is a dailey driver..just did the hot rod power tour..covered 1600 miles..car runs great every day.. ..going to change heads and cam in the next few weeks..going to run a cam with a lot more lift on 921 springs..still going to be a dailey driver..
