NEED right rear 1/4 panel, rear bumper, and wheel Hit Hardy Toll road wall about 2-3 weeks ago. Insurance company said wont cover since I have only had the insurance for about 3 weeks at the time of the claim, and their policy says you have to have it for at least 60 days. WTF!!!!

I don't know what company that was that you have for auto insurance but I sell insurance and as long as you have given them money they are bound. Meaning, they will pay the claim. PM me if you want so I can try to help you out.
