The Patriot Golds are an excellent spring. They have 140 lbs on the seat and 380 open. The 921's we tested here had 140 on the seat and 395 open. The Patriot Golds have provided great performance and vaule to literally thounsands of customers.

I used them with my 231/237 cam for a year, and now I've had those same springs installed with my 230/232 F13 cam. So 2 years, two cam swaps, same springs... and they're every bit as good as they were new.
