are all lids the same well i just bought me a 2000 z28 well its fast but i think it needs to go faster. from what i understand so far a new air lid seems to be the cheapest and best aftermarket mod. so are all the lids the same? whats the best performing ones out there?

Re: are all lids the same those new texas speed and perf' lids are supposedly better flowing than the others. i think that other than that, they are all close enough performance wise that you should consider price and looks. some people say some don't fit well etc . . . do a search and you'll find all kinds of feedback.
have you considered a K&N FIPK? pretty expensive but pretty cool.
