Change PCM pin assignment with HPT/EFI Live Maybe a stupid question but...
Can you change the PCM pin assignment with HPT or EFI Live so for example the pin used for ac clutch relay instead is used for controling cooling fan realys?

No, but efi allows you to reassign a spare pin for a 2 step, or valet mode with rpm and vss limit, or to add fuel or pull timing for nos etc via the free custom os's.
