What tranny I almost bought a stall but ended up buying some Zo6 rims.Its just that I had to rebuilt the tranny twice in less than a year!I am just going to wait till my cars paid off and this 4l60e takes a crap.what is a good tranny 4l80,4l65,350,etc.I just want one that is strong.I dont know if I want overdrive or not.I would be installing a 3200 Tc when it happens

i went the th400 route. at first i didnt mind not having overdrive but know that my exhaust is loud enough to wake the dead, I wish I had OD for the highway. with a stall and 3 spd. expect to spend most of your time above 2500 rpms while driving.
If i had it to do all over again, id call Rock On in texas or Rossler and spent 2-3000 on a built 4l60e.
And if your going to do the stall go big, youll want bigger. im getting my 3200 vig. restalled to 4000+.
