Default F1 Procharger Kit

does anyone know if procharger sells an f1 kit with the intercoolers , piping,etc. i didnt know that they did. someone claims they have an f1 complete kit for $4500.

no the f1 has a max psi of 38lbs, rated for 1050hp, as the d1sc is like 32lbs and 950 hp

I think he was referring to the dollar amount...I think the $4500 number was probably for a used custom F1 kit. I don't think Procharger makes a F1 F-body kit, at least not on their web site that I've seen. So you'd be looking at a custom or semi-custom set-up probably. You could probably use some stuff from the P1/D1 kit but you are going to want to think about a FMIC, and other stuff for an F1 + customizing the radiator position & other stuff. Dez could do this for you, EPP also...those are a couple that come to mind.

D1SC is 32 lbs of boost and 925HP.

You can buy a d1sc kit through Bob at epp or Tom at ls1speed, and then tell them you want to upgrade to the F1 headunit at the same time. It's only about a $450 or so upgrade. Much more expensive if you buy the d1 first and then upgrade to the F1 later.

Yes indeed, you can purchase the base kit, then have it upgraded to an F1. The F1 is only .38 of an inch larger in diameter, so it will fit the brackets. It is approx $600.00 over the D-1SC price. $4,500.00 is a good price for that F1 kit if it is still new, or close to it. Bob
