Mine is a mufflex but it's the same Y and I have 4 parts. I hear the only difference between Mufflex Y and QTP is a part that goes on the driverside. I didn't need the piece though.

i see, there is five pieces but in the picture it looks like there is some kind of hanger on the one side but i didnt see it in the box, so i dunno

Its the stock hanger i believe... is it shown on the passengers side?
