Default first time to drag race...

ive searched around and didnt find much but my car is an a4 but i still have few questions on the launch. should i powerbrake any or just launch from no throttle? leave it in OD right? what 60ft time should i expect from a stock 98 z28?

I usually stall mine between 900-1000 rpm on a stock converter. I'd pre-stage, focus and then bring the stall up and bump into the stage beams. That way you're ready when the tree comes down.

On street tires you'll want to roll into the gas to avoid tire spin. I've gotten a 2.00 60 foot time on stock 16" Good Year GSCs.
