What head and cam package?

What head and cam package? I've been bitten by the mod bug. I have an A4 2002 TA WS6. Basic bolt ons. SLP Flow Pak, Ported Polished TB, 85mm Maf, LT headers, ORY, Magnaflow Exhaust. Dyno'd @ 336rwhp and 349rwtq. Would like to get up in the 450hp range, NA. So, what head and cam package is going to get me there? Also might spray on top of that. Any help would be great. Please be specific... Brands, lift, ect. Thanks in advance.

etp or afr seem to have best results. Choose a cam to match your driving requirements. 224/22x for street/traffic use. Something bigger for track and scaring old ladies.
Other heads like dart etc are better pricewise, but you may leave a little on the table. Depends on your budget.
