How much lift are the springs with LS6 good for?

Default How much lift are the springs with LS6 good for?
I had an LS6 cam and vavle springs installed a year ago and I wanna go with a bigger cam but I cant remember the specs on the vavle springs I ordered to go with the LS6 cam. Both came from GM. Anybody know the limit on those springs? Im thinking .550??

Trying to find info on this cam - F13, 230 232 112lsa. A guy here in town has one among other mods and he's putting out good #'s. Sounds mean too.
