Anyone put Fikse Fm5's on a 79 T/A?
well im going along with my Ls1 79T/A build and the stock snowflake rims r not cutting it, so ive looked for a set of rims that no1 has on a 79T/A and i love the fikse Fm5's but i have no idea how much they cost, or where to get them, or even if they make them for my application. their website doesnt really help, all they have is pictures of the rims just to tease you . any help?

fikses are expensive
a few months ago I got a quote of $4000+ from one place I found online; that may not be the best price, but they'll be quite a pretty penny.
What you get for that, though, is that they'll custom-make them to fit for you. They've got a fitment guide and you can call them up and they'll help you figure it out.

you should check out the second gen that ls1bandit has. do a search for him and you will find some second gens with decent wheels. he has some fikses on his but i don't know what kind. he may want to kick your *** before he gives you any help since he wanted to be original. good luck.

I wanted to eventually go with FM5s on the '69. Those are some sweet rims. I had the 17x9.5/18x10.5 Z06 setup on it at first, but there wasn't enough tire out back. They're cheap and fairly easy to make fit.
