Need Some Advice
I neeed to change my rotors & brake pads, so wanting to know what
everyone else is running on theirs. Not looking for anything special, just
a high quality set that works well. Maybe post prices & where you purchased.
These are for my LT1 T/A.

well I bought only 2 rotors and I pretty sure that was about 80.00 a piece and the brake pads I bought were the top of the line ceramic and those were about 40.00 for the pair

A lot of people I know have good success with autozone blank rotors and napa ceramix pads. I ran them for a while and liked the bite and low dust. Not too expensive and usually on hand.

that would be cool. I just tried to call you about whether we were still on for this weekend & if you had found out anything.

I just got some Wagner Thermoquiet pads from O'reilly's for about $120 for both axle sets. They're pretty good so far and pretty low dust after the first 50 or so miles. Also have a lifetime warranty so if you don't run em' down to the rivets you can take em' back to O'reilly's and get a new set.
My rotors amazingly weren't anywhere close to the wear indicator after 73,000, so I can't help you there. I would look on Tirerack.com, they have Brembo blanks for about $60-80 and they sell some others too.

Wagner thermoquiets are what i run, the set on mine now has been on for a year or more now and still got lots o life left. I've got alot of experience with these pads and recommend them highly. Brembo cross drilled rotors were my choice and will stay with them unless i go to Baer Eradispeed's.
Gotta give ya props on the paint also...good lookin car.
