Default Iron 347

Just wanted opinions.
Thinking of starting to sell some iron block 347s.
Stock crank, Eagle rods with ARP rod bolts, Wiseco pistons, Childs and Albert rings, all machine work done for around $2950.00 plus shipping.

Do you mean Iron 370" short blocks? If so then that would be a great deal. Perhaps the group purchase/sponsor special threads would be a better place.

I think he is referring to using a 5.3L iron block bored and honed to a 3.898

That would mean boring the 5.3L block 0.118 over.

It will defeat the purpose of trying to have a strong 347 iron block for forced induction.

We have done this several times and used them for forced induction with great results. The 5.3 blocks are always sonic checked afterward too.
I can do an iron 370 with the same components for $3200 plus shipping too.
