Default Casey get in here!

Dude, when I was pulling my clutch out the other day I unbolted the transmission crossmember/brace and the mount came out with it! I knew the thing was shot, but didnt know that it was in 2 peices! I should have taken pictures, but I was at work and cameraless... It looked like a caveman tried to start a friction fire on it!

I just took one off the shelf at work.....Energy Suspension style! The clutch I went with wont even hold my weak *** 420rwhp....So it looks like I am going with a $250,000.00 clutch. Muhhahahaha!

Why the hell did put it in then? lol

How are those z06 clutches holding up for people? I have a Spec 3 in mine and just hope it holds the new thumper, at least 'till I get enough cheese for a new one and to get the trans rebuilt.

PS - I've been talking to Erik Koenig from HPE just about every day. It's almost time to start building.

I took a Spec 3 out of mine hoping that the SuckerForce would be better, but it has chatter and fade 10X worse than the SPEC ever dreamed of. I hate the whole hydraulic setup on these cars....

Yeah it sucks. Mine is feeling a little shitty right now. It started making all kinda clicking noises the other night while depressing the clutch.

Trying to teach my better half how to drive a stick right now. Camming ***** and a spec 3 is probably not the easiest vehical to learn in though!

That was what my wife learned in.

Also...I found the reason my Spec sucked in the first place. The disc had a spring broken in half and the others were bent.
