User Support & Resources - sticky of tips for people shopping for cars?

I can't find one. I see there is a good sticky about how to go fast, but has anyone compiled a thread with tips for people shopping?

I pulled something together for a buddy and could post it up pretty easy.

That's just general "Suggestions on how to buy/sell over the Internet". I had thought he meant something specifically addressing cars in more detail. :shrug:
