Default LS6 heads milled to 62cc on a 4.030 bore

Guys,

Are there any particular problem(s) associated with bolting on milled LS6 heads (62cc, so approx .015 milled off deck) to a LQ9 6.0L iron block with 4.030 bores?....other than checking PTV clearance, there shouldn't be a need for any extra work done in the combustion area of the head...right?
