you can't get your pulley back on with the stock sized one...not without a huge fight
the longer one from ARP is also reusable, stock ones are not
Gaskets:
GM Water Pump Gaskets, GM Timing Cover Gasket, GM Timing Cover Seal, GM Valve Cover Gaskets

I do suggest using the longer bolt though.

Damn... I wasn't even able to manually get my pulley on far enough to get it to start threading in - I was glad for the longer one.

I bought the tool from 618Hawk, but I just couldn't wait for it to arrive. My buddy and I took a 2x4 and put it on the front of the crank pulley. We then spent about 10 minutes switching where one of us would stand up to hold the 2x4 while the other would lay under the car and pound that thing on the crank with a 3lb hammer. We got about 4 threads on there, so I set my torque wrench to 50ft-lbs to be safe and put it on another 3-4 threads. I then bumped it up to 100ft-lbs to get another turns out of it. We then took the breaker + cheater to it and put it all the way back on. We had no problems.
However, like an idiot, I didn't put the new crank bolt in properly, so I got to use 618Hawks's tool to rectify the problem.
