Need help in deciding! Please!
I have a guy wanting to trade me his powerglide for my proshifted setup. All I will need is a torque arm/cross member/driveshaft.
"Freshly built powerglide, 0 miles on build. Alto clutches, reverse manual valve body, pro brake, th400 input, double o-ring servo, etc... Built to handle 408+T88+100 shot, 1000+ HP. Also have 4500 stall to fit made by a local guy, anti ballooning plates, etc...
Looking for $1200 for trans flywheel and converter Plus shipping or M6 swap components, master, clutch, trans, bell housing, No pedals or crossmember needed."
Also comes with a JW Ultrabell and a Cheetah turbo action shifter.
I know my tranny/setup cost more, but what would be a good deal for a trade? Do I even need a proshifted setup? The car will only see 600rwhp/600rwtq.
