02' headers on an 00'
Ok here's the deal, i got my hands on a set of pacesetters from an 02' WS6.
i want to put em on my car but i have a 2000 firehawk. i know the 02's dont have an egr in the manifold. kinda afraid to unplug it but im not just going to leave it open because it will probably suck in unmetered air.... any ideas??

Take the EGR out and plug the hole (see sticky for plug info). Unplug it and get ready for the SES light untill it's tuned out. You might also have some trouble with getting the AIR tubes to line up, but I'd just have all that **** deleted and rip it since you're going to get coded for the EGR anyway.

it's a 1-3/8" adj. freeze plug that you can pick up at any of your local part stores
EDIT: Just read it and it didn't mention anything for intake manifold plugs. One of these wonderful mods need *ahem* do something
