Just thought I would share how impressed I am w/ DMH and their policy on electric cutouts. I had my 3" cutout for about 2 years before it started rattling when shut. I tried tightening up all bolts/screws on it to no avail. I emailed the company to see if I could pay to get it remanufactured or something and they said to just send it in and they would fix/replace it without a receipt or anything. Well I mailed it in and got a brand new one back about a week later. I think this new one even operates faster than the old one. Now that's customer service!
