Default Is this abnormal wear on my TC? *Pic inside*

I just pulled my TCI SSF3500 and notice the snout of the TC had some wear on it. Is this normal for about 15,000 miles?

That doesn't look like normal wear to me. Looks like you have a pump bushing that is in need of replacement.

The pump will have to be removed. It would probably be best to have a transmission shop do it for you. The pump will have to be taken apart, repaired and reassembled. This will require specialty tools. You could also buy a rebuilt pump assembly. We do offer them if you are interested give us a call.
