Default MY car wont MOVE!

i just put back together my 2000 trans am with a 6.0 and 4l60e combo ive put about 7 quarts of fluid in it and the car will move the wheels in gear on jack stands but will no move the car on the ground or engage in any gears? i bought this tranny used, did i get screwed what can this be im selling the car and i need to fix this asap. variables, brand new converter and it has and art carr tranny cooler shifter looks to be intsalled right because the reverse light trun on and it goes into park...

11 qts is about correct with stock size converter and cooler if trans was dry

i will fill it and post back why would the the car move in gear on stands but not on the floor? som poeple are syaing my front pump but or the that fluid isnt flowing for some reason i really hope its just under filled...

Added 4 quarts of fluid still does the smae thign moves in gear when on stands doens not move whn on floor..... any ideas ?

If your fluid is good the pump gears prob went bad from not seating the converter correctly I did this once also. You will probobly need a new pump.
