Default Newbie-ish ValveTrain Question

Okay so after reading I am planning on going with a 224/224 cam with a 112 LSA. I know I need to upgrade the pushrods & springs. The question is what springs do you recommend? What length pushrods? Should I upgrade the lifters?

Thanks.

EDIT: Seems like a lot of people are recommending the 918 springs. Is that the general consensus?

EDIT2: Looks like the lifters can stay. Are 7.400 Chromoly's gonna be the best?

918 springs a good choice, and inexpensive too. You dont need new lifters.
