Default Strange noise on down shifts!?

The trans just started making this noise the other day. It did the same thing 5 months ago and i had to replace the tranny. It has all new parts and I just dont see y it is making the noise again. I does it on down shifts and slowing down to a stop, right after the clutch is depressed to the floor. It has made it on the up shifts to just not that often. same thing just after the clutch has been depressed to the floor. Any one have any ideas.

I forgot the noise is kind of a roaring sound that goes away when engine rpms get to around 1200 and 1500.

It maybe the throw out bearing. But it only does it when it gets hot. I feel it maybe the alu-light weight flywheel.
