Default Need help fast, cooling problem...

Well tried to do a cam install but didn't have a right part so we threw the car back together. All hoses are hooked up correctly and it wants to overheat. Also the heater is blowing ice cold air.. Please help ASAP!!

you may want to make sure you didnt damage your thermostat. sounds like it is stuck closed.
